What an amazing video. The graphics are nuts… they fit perfectly with the concept of the video. Choreography is exceptional as well. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion about Breezy, but I personally think he’ll be ok.

Yet another Teriyaki Boyz and Neptunes Collabo. Video is ok, loved the Asian rumps subtlety frolicking in the background. CB is is a no show at the end of the vid though.

Ok so interesting things about this video, one nobody knew Chris Brown is an RnB artist I don’t mind, secondly it has a lot of Ms Hilson in there which is another plus, thirdly, the rip they have is from UK music channel Kiss which I thought was a little bemusing, guess Chris holds more weight in the UK than in the US.

Last night, I had the chance to catch the Detroit leg of the Glow In The Dark Tour. Skip the small talk: the show was pretty fucking incredible. From Lupe scooting across the stage during his opening set to N*E*R*D tearing the joint down, I stood up the whole night. While I can’t say that I’m the biggest Rihanna fan, I’ll admit that seeing/hearing 20,000 people bellow out ‘Umbrella’ word for word was silly.
Now I know you’re all sick of reading about Kanye West on this very site, but fuck it. Yo, his set?!?!? *shakes head*. From start to finish, ‘Ye took us on an emotional rollercoaster. I laughed, cried (Yes, cried. Say what you want, bitches.), and danced like a damn fool. I’m just now getting my voice back as of about an hour ago. Every song was strategically placed within the run and the visuals sent it over the top. I can’t say enough about how blown away I was. A few random moments included:
- Scammers selling ‘official’ shutter shades and tees in the parking lot for $12.
- Those sorry-ass small pizzas from Domino’s they were selling.
- Looking to my left and seeing who I’m sure was GLC in the sound/video control booth rocking a fresh pair of black Air Yeezys. I’m telling you all now, they look even sicker in person.
- Chris Brown coming outta nowhere and going dumb during ‘Spaz.’ Son straight jumped off the stage like Michael. It was nasty.
If any of you out there have the chance to catch the show on the remaining dates, DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed one bit. If you’re like me, you’ll walk away with a newfound appreciation for the artists and even life itself. I managed to score an official tour tee (the REAL official ones) and a free copy of ‘Thank You and You’re Welcome!’ for memories’ sake. Definitely an instant classic.

Again, this is how much energy Spaz should have. Chris Brown going straight off on the Crump tip. Man, I swear I feel like doing the same thing when I hear the live version. I believe I did the same thing at the concert. Lol, well something to that extent of limbs flailing and exerting mass amounts of energy.
