I Honor U

WMF would like to wish all of the mothers in the world a Happy Mother's Day. Without you ladies, life would be crap. We hope you all have a joyous, relaxing day filled with expensive gifts and great-tasting food.

I especially want to give the grandest wishes to my own Mom. Ma, your sacrifices and wisdom have allowed me to grow into the young man you see before you. I hope I can make you proud with my own choices in life. If it takes a lifetime to do so, then I'm up to it.

Love you, Ma!

But I Flatly Refuse...

If you click this here LINK you will be able to purchase the t-shirt displayed above. A collaboration between Enstrumental and 1st & 15th have borne these Dumb It Down inspired tees. The look decent enough, but I'm not sure that many people from around my way would know what the statement is about.

Either way its a pretty nice tee, if shipping costs ain't a bitch I may consider purchasing one for my holiday.

It's A Lot, It's A Lot

Auji hit me up with this one, its the only reason I would consider getting an Xbox for, watch it and see for yourself.

Pharrell is back?

Can't embed this, and it wouldn't let me use my realplayer downloady thing to steal the video either.

So click on this LINK

and judge for yourselves, I think the old crazy Pharrell may just be back, in good time too...

(Word of warning, the link didn't work in my firefox but it did in internet explorer)

MIshka x NYC Sports

I think the Mishka x New Era collabos bring out some of the best hats around, and these are a fine example of that, whilst they're simple designs the colourways are fantabulous (lol).

Last time for the Mishka x Cap City Team New Era releases, all you NYC heads had a chance to grab this Yankees New Era, but now you have a choice of three different NY teams, including the Mets. If you don’t like baseball, no problem. See the turquoise NY Islanders and blazing red NY Knicks New Eras after the jump. Limited to 30 each. Available at Mishka’s online store as well as Cap City.

Doubt I will be able to get my hands on any of these but they're hot nonetheless, good luck in getting one.

Hungry Eyes: Part 2

5andadime managed to come through with a hot one. I posted the black colorway of the Crooks & Castles x Mosley Tribes Castellano shades a second ago. This time, I'm back to blast you with the vitals (price and release schedule) aaaaaaaaaand another color.

The ivory ones are beyond ill. It's gonna be tough for me to choo-choo-choose (peace to Ralph Wiggum). They're gonna run $250 and mid-June is the time period. Now they're gonna be limited as hell, but I know these guys should get some, since they've stuck with both brands from the jump.

'All the ugly people be quieeeeeeeet!!!...'

...because if you listen beyond the chatter, you can hear the full version of 'Viagra (Stay Up)' by 88 Keys and Kanye West....

June 24th is the drop date for 'The Death of Adam'. Hoo-fucking-ray!

N*E*R*D - Spaz

Yes, I know we are late. But...I am really not that all excited about this. I have been spoiled via seeing the live version performed, and owning it. Anyways, I am hoping that they get Spymob to redo this, or have an alternate acoustic version. Basically everyone I know is thinking the same way about the track...you be the judge

SPAZ(if you want to)

Having never heard this live and never watching the videos of it performed live...THIS IS FUCKIN FANTASTIC. That is all. -Ghett0- (Back soon)

a rhyming ape?

Kenna working with a guitarist, a drummer, lupe fiasco and some guy called Chuck on the remix for 'Sun Red Sky Blue' and 'Loose wires'...

This is all well and good...

but does anyone else see what Lupe's wearing? even though he said he'd never wear it?

hmmm.

He couldn't resist. The Ape is life. Let the church say Go! Ape.- $

It's A Wrap

I had posted the entire OF 2nd Anniversary pack last week. Here'a close up of the Kate Moss collabo tee with Supreme. Total sex. But I'm sure it'll become gargantuanly hard to find and overpriced due to the you know whos....

I've been falling in love with OF for a minute now. Seriously, Kaws could wrap that bendy *pause* around a picture of Leo Sayer and I'd love it.

Chester French will be having a debut concert/party ...details below via D.A of CF:

Dear Friends:

Pharrell is hosting our debut NYC performance at The Cutting Room (19 W. 24th Street) next Monday, May 12th at 9:00 PM. We're opening up a small number of tickets for purchase at:

Love,
D.A.

Nick Cannon...This man can take no L's ...seriously..

From Milian to model chicks...this dude has had it all...seriously. You want to hate so bad, but if you do...then something like this happens:

Seriously...this man just keeps climbing up the ladder. If that was my Cassandra Ventura, I would have shed a tear and got my Iron Man on.

Some people have all the luck -_-

Tariq,

Peace. Hope all is well your way. I'm just chiming in to let you know that your work on Rising Down is..well...fucking stellar. But what else is new?? I've been a fan since forever. You're consistency is amazing. You manage to kill any and everything you get a hold of. You once said that people barely ask you to feature on tracks out of fear that you'll outshine them. Truthfully, I don't blame them. Who else could stand up and go before/after some shit like '75 Bars'??

Anyhow, don't ever change. Drop a solo just to for the sake of taking a heaping dump on hip-hop as we know it. It kinda irks me that you don't get as much due as you should, but hell....whatever. Real heads know you're nice. The rest is secondary.

Respectfully,
$port

P.S.

That Bape to Bape trucker you had on in Dave Chappelle's Block Party...wanna sell it??

007-373-9563...

How weird is this? Between spotting pics of my favorite boxer, 'Iron' Mike Tyson, at the Bape LA opening, catching a dope-ass piece on him on ESPN, and seeing some old-school knockout clips, I was on a pretty good streak. Then I see that Fight Night 4 is on the way. And besides revamping the whole shit and making it even more ridiculous, guess who's gonna be on the game?!?!? RIGHT! The monster from Catskill is making his return to the ring via EA Sports (and not the Vegas gaming commission, of course). EA is gonna capture the raw essence that was Mike in the 80's, which is more than enough to make me check it out.

Oh, and Robin Givens won't be on the game.

Gotta thank Kotaku for this one.

Bittersweet

Okay so I'll be in NYC next week.....great.

...but I'm gonna miss this.

They'll be signing limited edition tees and taking pictures. If any of you lucky summuhmuhbitches get to go, shoot us pics so we can make you famous.
